The updated version of CJ’s website was officially launched last month, and we have been hearing both the ups and downs. And CJ’s IT team is working on some fixes according to our customers’ opinions. In this article, we will introduce you to a new feature CJ provides using Google Chrome, and it will surely improve your CJdropshipping experience.

This article will give you a brief introduction to how to use this gadget.

Updated extension on Google

First of all, this small gadget is only available on Google Chrome; all other browsers will not have this function. It is extremely easy to install and use, just follow the steps below.

Once you are on CJ Dropshipping, click on the download icon on the right side of the search bar. If you cannot find the button, please refer to the picture below.

After you have clicked on the icon, a window will pop up asking you if you want to install this application. Please click on “Install” for the gadget to fully function.

After the APP is installed, a tab will appear in the taskbar, and a separate window will open. If you are using Windows operating system, it will look like this:

How to use the extension?

You will realize this page is an individual page not opened from Chrome. Additionally, you will find a CJ icon/APP on your desktop. 

Double click on the icon and this APP will bring you to CJ’s website directly with a shorter loading time. By doing this, you could save some time when you want to browse CJ’s website.

How to use it to enter CJ chatroom?

Normally, when you need help from CJ, you could go to CJ’s website and click on the “CHAT” button to reach your agent. Nevertheless, this gadget can help you to reach CJ faster. We will provide detailed steps for you to do so.

For the first time, you would still have to open CJ’s website and click on the “CHAT” button as you would usually do.

Then you will find this “Open in new tab” button on the top right of this chat window. Click on the button will open the chat window in a new tab.

In the new tab, you will find the same download button at the same place as above. Click on the button.

Now the install window will pop up again. Click on install and follow the same steps as before.

An individual window for the chatroom will be opened and the APP  icon will appear on your desktop automatically. From now on, you are only one click away from reaching our agents.
