Q4: How to use CJ to fulfill orders from the Etsy store?
A: Etsy users can find and purchase products from CJ, connect their stores and product with CJ. In this way, CJ can sync the latest orders from the Etsy store for you to manage the fulfillment.

A: Every user can post sourcing requests on CJ for free.
You can go to Sourcing > Post Sourcing Request > Select Individual Product/Store Existing Products.
Fill in the required information, be reminded that the target price is the price you are willing to pay – your product cost.
Quite simple and easy. All you need to do next is waiting for us to find the supplier. Usually, the processing time will be within 48 working hours.
Q7: Can CJ make my sourcing products on the platform only visible for me?
A: Yes. We can help you with it. Products can be divided into two types on the CJ marketplace: public and partially visible.
Usually, every user can see public products. When the customer posts a sourcing request for himself/herself, he or she will have the privilege to make the product visible to him/her only.
For partially visible products, you could also contact your agent to help you with them. Besides, one thing you may need to notice is that your sourcing product will be public to all users if you don’t have enough orders within two weeks.

Q9: What should I do to fix the failed listing?
A: Here are some regular examples and suggestions for your references, if you failed to list them to Etsy.
a. Your Etsy store status is ‘Draft’;
b. Language not enrolled;
c. Authorization unavailable due to disconnection of CSHIP app;
d. Exceeding the limit of uploading product images;
e. Payment template unavailable.
a. Please ensure that your Etsy store status is ‘Active’ before listing products.
b. Log into your Etsy admin, go to Settings > Languages and translations > Start translating your shop > Manage shop languages, and ensure English is added.
c. You will not be able to list products from CJ to your Etsy store if you have disconnected the CShip app from your Etsy admin. Please ensure CShip is connected. If you have accidentally deleted CShip, please re-authorize your store in My CJ > Authorization > Etsy
d. You can only upload 6 images at most, so please make sure that you do not exceed the limit.

Q10: What kinds of situations may pose a risk to my Etsy account?
A: The possible causes may be included but not limited to are:
a. Reselling handmade items;
If Etsy is in doubt, they might ask you to prove that your items belong to you and they might also ask for progression photos.
b. Selling prohibited items;
on Etsy, some products are restricted or prohibited from being sold:

In order to win here, you need to have product reviews and ratings.
A study found that 88% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations, and 72% of consumers say positive reviews make them trust businesses more.
Millennials, in particular, trust user-generated content 50% more than other media.
This should be enough reason for you to understand how important reviews are and if you want to build a successful store, you need to have reviews.
𝟑 - 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞 & 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐮𝐭
Look at what your competition is doing, what is working for other people, what other stores lack and then improve your store based on your findings.
This is an easy way to dominate any market and in relation to a dropshipping store, here are a few examples of what I mean:
- If your competitor doesn’t offer PayPal for checking out, then offer PayPal.
- If your competitor doesn’t have trust badges, then add trust badges.
- If your competitor doesn’t have the basic pages like a refund policy, then add those pages (note: you should always have these pages).
