U.S. multi-channel e-commerce sales are expected to increase by 18.8% in 2021
According to eMarketer, an authoritative market research company, after the multi-channel e-commerce sales in the U.S. have soared in 2020, they will continue to grow faster than non-physical store e-commerce, and occupy more and more share of the entire e-commerce market. According to Insider Intelligence’s forecasts, e-commerce sales of non-physical stores in the United States will increase by 17.2% in 2021, reaching $516.11 billion, accounting for 55.3% of total e-commerce sales. The rest of the market will be occupied by multi-channel e-commerce sales in the U.S., which is expected to grow by 18.8% by 2021, reaching US$417.18 billion.
eBay U.S. store management function upgrades

Shopify begins to allow some merchants to directly sell NFT products
According to the news on July 30th, Shopify President Harley Finkelstein said a few days ago that the company currently supports its partner merchants to sell NFT products. However, Finkelstein said that the scope of application of the service is still relatively limited, and only some businesses can sell NFT products now. After that, Finkelstein introduced the NFT product, which was recently launched by the Chicago Bulls basketball team. It was created with Flow blockchain technology and launched by Dapper Labs. Finkelstein also said that Shopify is trying to make it easier for merchants to sell NFT products on the platform storefront.
